研究领域与兴趣

有氧呼吸过程中产生的活性氧,在病理条件下所致的氧化还原调控失衡,以及病理条件下过量产生的一氧化氮及其代谢过程中形成其他形式的活性氮,是导致衰老、神经退行性疾病、糖尿病和炎症炎等的重要因素。在活性氧和活性氮的产生及其所致的机体损伤中,微量元素铁起了重要的介导作用。本课题组基础研究以活性氧和活性氮的生物化学为中心,涉及过渡金属离子催化活性氧和活性氮的产生及蛋白质损伤,及其以活性氧和活性氮的抑制为主的天然药物药理学评价,

此外,课题组还进行一些应用研究,目前在硅酸盐湿法分解技术开发方面已经与合作单位获得两项专利授权,并正在进行产业化开发。

主讲化学院本科生《无机化学》《基础化学实验》、医学院五年制临床专业《基础化学》。
