研究领域与兴趣

1. AIE大环化合物的合成及分子识别和自助装性能研究

    最近发现一类新型的具有聚集诱导发光(Aggregation-Induced Emission,AIE) 特性的有机分子,在溶液中没有荧光,在聚集状态下能产生强烈的荧光,由于这类分子在固体光电材料以及化学与生物传感器等方面具有重大的应用价值引起了极大的重视和广泛的关注。将AIE分子连接成大环后,能大幅提高分子识别的选择性,更有利于作为化学与生物传感器;AIE大环化合物本身有一个洞穴,洞穴和洞穴象碗碟一样堆积可以获得内在孔道,同时,大环化合物的刚性骨架可以围成外在的孔穴,用于制备多孔材料;还可以利用AIE大环孔穴与客体小分子的主客体作用,合成超分子高分子,用作功能材料。AIE大环的合成及性能研究具有广阔的发展空间,有利于取得更多科研成果。

2. 具有AIE特性的有机分子合成及手性识别性能研究

我们首次提出将分子的手性与AIE特性联系起来,进行手性识别。通过合成手性AIE酸或手性AIE碱,与手性的客体碱或客体酸进行对映选择性的聚集,就象手性拆分一样,使客体碱或酸的一个对映体聚集产生强烈荧光,而另一个对映体不聚集或者具有不同聚集形式而导致无荧光或者弱荧光,甚至产生波长相差很大的荧光,达到手性识别和对映体组成定量分析的目的。发现将AIE特性用于手性识别和对映体组成定量分析上具有特别高的选择性,特别广泛的适用性和特别高的灵敏度。

3. 有应用价值的重要有机化合物,药物中间体的合成以及一些药物分子合成方法及路线的改进。
