代表性成果

主要学术成绩:
主要从事生物糖修饰与合成, 超分子化学及动态组合化学等方面的研究工作.
1.揭示了基于亚硝酸盐的糖羟基异构化方法中,邻位酯基通过超分子作用抑制了亚硝酸离子氮进攻的发生.
2.世界上首次发现了一种新的生物糖/阴离子主客体超分子体系,并研究了其超分子作用对上述异构化反应的影响.
3.揭示了氢键对酰基转移反应的关键作用,并应用其原理发展了一系列高效绿色羟基选择性酰基化方法.
4.发展了一种利用STD-NMR技术直接在动态组合库中识别beta半乳糖苷酶阻断体的新技术.
5.揭示了糖环上羟基保护选择性由糖环本身的立体及立体电子效应控制,并以该理论为指导,发展了一系列糖羟基选择性保护方法.
6. beta-熊果苷的工业合成工艺改进.
7. 三氯蔗糖的原酸酯法工业合成工艺改进,反应液中蔗糖单酯含量提高至90%以上.
